Workspace tweaks

These are Eclipse workspace tweaks that I recommend:

  1. Make Shift-Ctrl-F "file search"

  2. Do Keyboard Shortcuts

  3. Turn off spell-check
  4. Change the default JSP editor to not use the visual editor

  5. Stop flipping to console every time something is written

  6. Make run always launch the last-run application

  7. Get rid of useless content assist choices
